Reservations can be made online, by phone, fax, or email with our English, Spanish, and Tzutujile fluent staff. All reservations are secured with prepayment or by credit card guarantee. Upon arrival, you may pay your bill with American Dollars, Quetzales, travelers checks, or credit card.

VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover, Bancared & Diners Club credit cards accepted. Q100 (about $13 American dollars) minimum purchase.
There are two banks and one ATM in Santiago Atitlan.
10% Commission for Travel Agencies Paying with Cash or Check.
No charge for children under two.
Children two to ten, sharing a room with an adult, are charged five dollars.
